This was a very delicious Rum! I am normally a bourbon girl, but this rum is perfect in an old fashioned. Oak & Vanilla notes that will definitely attract a bourbon drinker. Glad I know I can drink rum now.

This is a beautifully blended rum. It is not too sweet and makes the perfect old fashioned. My friends LOVED it!

I have enjoyed the entire bottle over several weeks and have strictly compared it to my favorites rums and my initial assessment still holds true: Wow.
It’s really a nine and a half, but only because the Reserve is truly exceptional.
The nose is as billed: banana peels, spices, fruit and toffee. One the palate it has a great mouth feel with hints of vanilla and continued mild spices. It has a wonderful crisp finish with no unwanted surprises.
This is a wonderful addition to my stable.

Versatile and surprising–it always gives a cocktail that certain “je ne sais quoi” that makes it sing. One wayto try to try it:
2 oz Ten to One White Rum
0.75 oz Lime Juice
2 tsp Absinthe
1 tsp Maraschino
1 oz Orgeat
1 dash Orange BittersFrappe with Crushed Ice/Dump/Old Fashioned/Orange Twist & Brandied Cherry

My new favorite rum! It is unlike any white rum I have ever had. It has amazing herbal notes (think lemongrass) mixed with fruit (think honeysuckle). It is delicious on its own or in my personal favorite, a watermelon daquiri!
You have to try this rum!

My only critique is availability. I have fully quit beer and wine. THIS is my drink for the foreseeable future. I’ve tried the majority of the recipes from the official website and I’ve enjoyed all that I’ve tried. I do hope for the success of the company because more people need to experience this amazing rum, either dark or white.

I am normally a high proof, high ester Jamaican rum fan. However, I can’t drink those all of the time. I have been searching for a white rum that fits that profile but can be enjoyed neat or on the rocks. The Jamaican blend in this rum is just enough for my need, and the Dominican blend makes it so incredibly smooth. 90 proof is a great proof to hit both smooth and feed my love of high proof rums.
